RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximize sales growth and profitability by maintaining the sales floor to provide an engaging experience to every customer;
• Follow marketing recommendations and guidelines in order to respect the image of each brand;
• Receive furniture and accessories that will be displayed in store;
• Maintain and stock the sales floor, including sales counters and all store displays and uprights/shelves, understanding the priorities of stocking, signage and cleaning;
• Move, unpack, assemble and place products on the sales floor;
• Work with the inventory management computer system;
• Respect the health and safety rules;
• Respect the procedures and regulations of the company;
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will demonstrate and possess:
• 5 years of Retail/Visual Merchandising experience, including home decor or interiors (preference)
• An individual who is autonomous, organized, creative and passionate about design;
• An individual who has an eye for detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good physical shape (furniture and accessories);
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;

• Working with merchandising & operations team to maintain organization within the warehouse & on the sales floor;
• Follow the procedures for inventory movements (customer pick-ups, pick-up for delivery, loading and transfers between stores);
• Load, unload, move, wrap, assemble and place products on the sales floor;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Work with the inventory management computer system;
• Respect the health and safety rules.
