Sales Support

  • Front-line customer service;
  • Respond to e-mails and incoming phone calls;
  • Administrative support for the Sales team (i.e. prepare quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.);
  • Coordinate the logistics of orders;
  • Greet customers and respond to questions and inquiries should all Sales Associates be occupied.

Associate, Delivery Administration

  • Receive all incoming phone calls; address & record not homes, damaged products and customer resets;
  • Resolve customer concerns and respond to their inquiries;
  • Create service Work Orders as required, in accordance with company policy / procedure;
  • Confirm invoices are signed off correctly detailing any discrepancies;
  • Process routine clerical transactions in-between phone calls;

Team Leader, Warehouse

  • Organize and supervise the daily work schedule for the warehouse team;  
  • Control inventory management, received and expedited goods;
  • Establish delivery routes;
  • Ensure optimum and safe use of available storage areas;
  • Respond to store requests for the movement of merchandise;
  • Participate in the preparation of orders.

Sales Associate

  • Greet and advise customers on products and services;
  • Finalize sales according to the customer’s needs;
  • Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current policies and procedures;
  • Develop a strong network of clients and create a long-term relationship with them;
  • Achieve the sales objective.
