RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive all incoming phone calls; address & record not homes, damaged products and customer resets;
Resolve customer concerns and respond to their inquiries;
Create service Work Orders as required, in accordance with company policy / procedure;
Confirm invoices are signed off correctly detailing any discrepancies;

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong multitasking with an emphasis on attention to detail;
At ease with inventory operating systems and proficient computer skills (emails, MS Office, etc);
Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
Previous experience in a transportation, retail, or customer service environment is an asset;
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting;
