Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – New Ottawa Store

  • Front-line customer service;
  • Respond to e-mails and incoming phone calls;
  • Administrative support for the Sales team (i.e. prepare quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.);
  • Coordinate the logistics of orders;
  • Greet customers and respond to questions and inquiries should all Sales Associates be occupied.

Sales Consultant – New Ottawa Store

  • Greet and advise customers on products and services;
  • Finalize sales according to the customer’s needs;
  • Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current policies and procedures;
  • Develop a strong network of clients and create a long-term relationship with them;
  • Achieve the sales objective.

Warehouse Technician – New Ottawa Store

  • Working with merchandising & operations team to maintain organization within the warehouse & on the sales floor;
  • Follow the procedures for inventory movements (customer pick-ups, pick-up for delivery, loading and transfers between stores);
  • Load, unload, move, wrap, assemble and place products on the sales floor;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Work with the inventory management computer system;
  • Respect the health and safety rules.
